We used Lynda Roundtree as our realtor to purchase a home for my parents. We were looking in a specific area and needed to stay below a certain price which was a little challenging. Lynda did a phenomenal job in keeping us updated on what was available and coming soon. She walked us through the process and negotiated with the sellers on our behalf all through the process. Her recommendations for services needed through the inspection process and closing was stellar! I am confident we got a great deal on a home in a good area that my parents can be happy in. I’ve always been weary of realtors and Lynda changed all that. She is and was more than a realtor when we needed it most. She is a trusted confidant and expert that we will lean on again when the time comes to sell. She was prepared, professional, timely, and a wealth of information. Lynda was very aggressive yet at the same time extremely smooth. She always listened very closely to all our demands.
